About Us
For more than 30 years, Youth Services has been serving youth and their families in the Greater Salt Lake area.
Our humble beginning included a few offices for our free counseling services and a small home as our shelter for abused and neglected youth. Over the years we have expanded to include shelter care for youth from birth to age 18, counselling and substance abuse services, after school programming and job training skills, and around the clock availability and crisis therapy.
Though we have grown our overall goal has remained the same: to improve the lives of youth and their families. Whether a youth is with us one day, a month or more, our goal is to make an impact in their life.
We now offer a range of services throughout the valley, including our satellite office in Riverton, our YES offices in downtown and Tooele, our Children's Justice Center programs in the Avenues and South Jordan and our After School Programs in Kearns and West Valley.
Whether serving as a resource or a refuge, we hope to continue to serve as a place of safety, shelter and support.
